BC 773 EB-5
Operating Weight: 80,800 lbs.
Emission Stage: Stage V/Tier4f
The BOMAG BC 773 EB-5 soil compactor is an excellent solution for maximizing landfill space and achieving efficient compaction on large construction sites. Using this compactor, you can increase landfill capacity by up to 10% compared to a Caterpillar. This compactor compresses the soil to a higher degree, reducing air volume and increasing compaction.
The compactor operates using ground pressure and the tooth tips of the wheels, resulting in high peak pressures. The soil is homogenized, and layers are mixed to produce a crushing effect. The offset between the front and rear wheels ensures rapid and full-surface compaction, increasing the landfill’s stability. This helps to prevent delivery vehicles from sinking in.
Features & Benefits
Optimum all-round visibility.
To ensure clear visibility and prevent misting up of the rear side windows, the machine is equipped with electric heating. The mirrors are electrically adjustable and heated. Additionally, the machine comes with a standard rear-view camera. An optional object detection system alerts the operator of any potential hazards.
ECOMODE and ECOSTOP.
Save up to 10% on fuel compared to machines of similar weight. Our engine always operates at the most efficient speed range, known as ECOMODE. You only need to set the desired travel speed; the machine will maintain it even under varying loads. The engine automatically switches off to save energy after a set idle time, known as ECOSTOP.
Easy servicing.
By simply pressing a button, machine data like rpm and hydraulic pressure can be easily accessed for efficient fault analysis. This ensures that when maintenance is needed, the technician is aware of what to expect and has the necessary spare parts.
Optimum all-round visibility.
To ensure clear visibility during blind spot checks and prevent misting up, the rear side windows of the vehicle come equipped with electric heating. Even the soil compactor’s mirrors are electrically adjustable and heated. The standard rear-view camera also displays what’s behind the machine, while the optional object detection system issues a warning signal if any danger is detected.
The correct dozer blade position at the touch of a button.
The dozer blade height can be easily adjusted with precision using the Blade Stepper function. This function allows for the blade to be raised and returned to its original position in a predefined manner. Popular blade positions, including the push position, can be easily saved and accessed.
Air to breathe.
The cab has an automatic heating and climate control system, A air supply system maintains a slight overpressure in the cab to keep dust out.
